Laboratory Test System for Tire Noise

This is a laboratory test system that reproduces contact between a tire and the road surface in a state close to actual conditions of roads. The system also reproduces various conditions including those seen during acceleration. Pads that simulate road surfaces are mounted on rollers to reproduce conditions of actual roads more faithfully. Anti-noise measures are provided with bearings and motive-power absorption areas to drastically reduce noise generated during roller rotation.
