Size Distribution Measurement Technique of Automobile Emission Particulates Catalysts, Particle Trappers and Other Exhaust After-Treatment Systems

Analysis of Tire Noise Generation Mechanism and Noise Reduction Techniques

Size Distribution Measurement Technique of Automobile Emission Particulates
Particulates emitted by automobiles are fine particles about 10 to several hundred nanometers in diameter that are so fine that they are feared to adversely affect human bodies by penetrating deep into the respiratory organs. The Laboratory is conducting research of a technique to measure PMs not only by weight, but also by particulate size and surface area.
